The work must be the Applicants own work only.
When requested by the Association it will be the Applicant's responsibility to deliver examples of their work to a suitable location.
If more than one Craft is practised by the Applicant each Craft must be subject to a separate application (Maximum number permitted is two crafts per Member).

DATA PROTECTION ACT 1984 - Membership information is held by this Association on computer files. The names and addresses of members are circulated to Craft Fair organisers etc. so that they may contact Members regarding events, If you have any objection to this please indicate this on the rear of this form, giving your reasons.
